These terms govern your use of the Sentinel Biz website and application.

01Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Google sign-in is provided through Google and Supabase authentication services. Contact support if you notice suspicious account activity.
02Use of the service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and with business data you are authorized to access. You must not compromise service security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the service, or infringe others' rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of product, stock, sales, and customer records you enter and for having authority to enter them.
03Data and availability
Sentinel Biz is a cloud-based progressive web application (PWA). An active internet connection is required to synchronize inventory and account data across your devices. Application data is processed using Supabase infrastructure to provide the service. We use reasonable technical measures, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data can never be lost. We recommend keeping independent copies of records important to your business. See the Privacy Policy for details about personal data processing.

The price, scope, duration, and payment terms of paid licenses are presented at purchase. Payment and licensing may be handled through the third-party payment provider identified in the purchase flow. Review that provider's terms and the displayed plan details before purchasing. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Refund and Cancellation Policy05Intellectual property
The service software, design, brand, and content belong to their respective rights holders, excluding data you own. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer these materials except where these terms or applicable law expressly allow it.
06Changes, suspension, and liability
We may update the service and these terms to improve the service or meet legal requirements; material changes will be published on this page. Access may be temporarily restricted for security, misuse, or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages arising from use of the service; mandatory consumer and other legal rights are not affected.
